Our 6 Step Process
Phase 1 - INITIAL CONSULTATION
First site inspection. We meet with you to discuss your ideas, requirements, budget, and construction options.
Phase 2 - DESIGN & PLANNING
We offer a preliminary agreement that suits the beginning stages of the project. This will allow us to act on your behalf in order to arrange site permits, liaise with municipal or district council authorities, and work with other building professionals - such as engineers and architects - to draft the initial design and plans. If you already have your plans, great! We can review them for you.
Phase 3 - TENDER STAGE
We can now provide you with a quote for the project. This will include a full breakdown of the trades costs, along with allowances for fittings and fixtures.
Phase 4 - ACCEPTANCE OF QUOTE
Contracts are prepared for you to sign. We also create a construction schedule for the project and arrange a start time.
Phase 5 - CONSTRUCTION COMMENCES
Site preparation, demolition, and the construction phase. You will be regularly updated about the progression of the project, and site meetings will be held regularly.
Phase 6 - HANDOVER & "MAINTENANCE PERIOD" GUARANTEE
Near practical completion, we will organize a final walk-through to inspect the works completed and any items that need attention will be completed by final inspection and occupancy. At this point our 6 month "Maintenance Period" guarantee begins, and rectification works (if any) will be carried out during this time. This is our guarantee that you are completely satisfied with the project's outcome.
